IYVON E. (Artistic Director and Host - she/her/hers) is a Nigerian-American independent creative producer, company manager, and dramaturg hailing from Brooklyn, NY. Iyvon is the co-founder, Artistic Director, and Host of The Parsnip Ship. She is a recipient of the Fulbright Scholarship, Gilman International Scholarship, and The DO School’s Future of Audio Entertainment Fellowship in Berlin. Iyvon was the recipient of the 2019 Mark O’Donnell Prize awarded by The Actors Fund and Playwrights Horizons for emerging, anomalous theater artists. Iyvon has worked at Joe’s Pub, Sundance Institute Theater Program, The Public Theater, The Civilians, and as an Associate Producer at ArKtype. She is a proud member of the Creative and Independent Producer Alliance (CIPA), the WP 2020 - 2022 Producers Lab, and is an associate member of Beehive Dramaturgy Studio. B.A. Brandeis University. KATY DONNELLY (Managing Director - she/her/hers)  is the Commercial Projects Lead for Business Lunch Productions and the Managing Director for The Parsnip Ship. She has spent time working with some of the biggest brands in media, helping them create content that pushes the envelope and represent themselves to the world. From upstate New York, Katy graduated from SUNY New Paltz and began her career in news and production management with WFNP and WGXC. Moving to Brooklyn in 2015, she began work with BLP to create commercial and creative content, and worked with The Parsnip Ship since 2017. Katy has a passion for working in audio and media production, building environments to share stories.

AL PARKER (Associate Artistic Director - they/she) is a creative producer, dramaturg and audience services manager based in New York City. Al is the Associate Artistic Director of The Parsnip Ship and Producing Assistant at Page 73 Productions. They are a proud member of National Queer Theater’s Artistic Collective, Theater in Asylum’s Curation Team, and an alum of the 2020-21 Ars Nova Emerging Leaders Group. Recently, they have collaborated with Playwrights Horizons, Ars Nova, Signature Theatre Company, MCC, the Civilians and Colt Coeur. Originally from South Dakota, they completed their studies in Dramatic Literature and Creative Writing at New York University. When they’re not buzzing around a theater, Al enjoys working as a freelance editor and reading everything from gothic fiction to queer theory to fandom discourse.

TODD KIRKLAND (Digital Operations Director - he/him/his) is a technologist and operations specialist. Born and raised in the Boston area, he went on to graduate from Brandeis University in 2013, earning a degree in Computer Science with a minor in Business. After graduating, he moved to Ann Arbor to start his career as an IT Resident at Google. A couple of years later, Todd moved to New York, continuing his career at Google: first, as an Ads Campaign Specialist, then an Ads Automation Consultant, and lastly as an Ads Business Operations Manager. Now, in Boston, Todd is working as the CEO at JetPatch, a patch management software company. During his free time, Todd likes to workout, train jiu-jitsu, and listen to podcasts.

JESSE MANNING (Technical Manager and Special Projects - he/him/his) is a renaissance man, pursuing his passions and leading the charge along the way. After facilitating the launch of several small businesses in the nonprofit and for-profit space, Manning decided to build a brand of his own. He co-founded Business Lunch Productions in 2013 where he is the producer of all things, bringing his impeccable problem-solving skills and straightforward honesty to every aspect of the process. He is responsible for building teams of expert creatives and oversees the execution of each project from start to finish. His career began by building and running a team of 250 volunteers during the 2014 election cycle before moving into live television and helping grow one of sports’ most innovative technological advancements in decades with MLBAM’s Statcast technology. Manning has always had a knack for seeking out talent. He is everyone’s go-to guy, soon to be yours
